Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping on all orders within India. All international shipments will be charged US$250 per shipment. Shipping takes 48 – 72 hours for ‘Available in Stock’ goods and 15-20 business days for ‘Made to Order’ items. Your order will be dispatched completely insured. We strongly advise all clients to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
For our Indian customers, after your item has been wrapped, it will be transported and delivered for free via an insured courier.
Packaging
Every jewelry package we ship arrives at your door in sturdy, tamper-proof packaging. Whether it is jewellery or a solitaire, your item is sent to you in an exclusive The Luxurio box, complete with the necessary credentials.
Return Policy
Enjoy a hassle-free return within 15 days for all purchases of gold jewelry adorned with lab-grown or mined diamonds, as well as loose moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, or mined diamonds. Receive a full refund of 100% of the invoice value*.
*Please note that personalized items and purchases made through EMI facility are not eligible for the 15-day return policy.
CASH BACK
Benefit from our cashback option by selling your jewelry back to us. Receive 100% of the prevailing market value for gold and silver, and 80% for lab-grown or mined diamonds.
*Please note that any discounts applied during the original purchase will be deducted from the market value, along with 100% of making charges (up to a maximum value of Rs 10,00,000/-).
LIFETIME EXCHANGE
Experience the freedom to exchange or upgrade your jewelry with new designs. Obtain 100% of the prevailing market value for gold and silver, and 100% of the prevailing stone value for moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, or mined diamonds of the same grade. Making charges will be deducted from the old jewelry, and any price difference for the same grade will be charged extra.
Note that moissanite is not applicable for exchange.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of products purchased using a discount code or EMI facility after 24 hours of placing the order, a 20% cancellation charge applies.
